Presents of Mind facilitates direct, candid conversation with the subconscious, guiding the body and mind into the coherent healing, feeling state known as theta. I employ principles of hypnotherapy, energy and sound healing, alchemy, tantra and astrology. Reiki Energy Healing

Consider trapped, unprocessed life experiences held within the subconscious mind, cellular structure, emotional body and energy field are the source of dis-ease, discomfort and disharmony. Reiki energy healing fosters a deeper connection to the intelligence in, and around all life, encouraging universal life force energy to flow freely throughout the entire energetic system.

Reiki gently bubbles repressed memories and emotions to the surface for release or integration; it flushes energetic channels, nadis, meridians and expands the pillar of Light, the sushumna or main energy channel of the subtle body. In late 2016, two years after birthing Presents of Mind and deeply wounded from a traumatic awakening, I began hearing “give your practice to yourself.” I was wrapped in a blanket of C-PTSD, projecting a need to feel safe in the world on to the men in my life. I didn’t trust women or my body, nonetheless the depth of the inherent knowing encoded in my DNA. I had no boundaries, and no clue where my energy-body ended or others’ began…

Patriarchal society has conditioned humanity to overpower, disregard and denigrate feminine wisdom; much like the over-developed conscious, thinking mind disconnects us from the physical vessel, its intuitions and emotions. Spiritual alchemy unifies polarity — light and dark, intellect and intuition, Father Sky and Mother Earth — to foster healing and wholeness.
